Changes:
- fixes trouble returning to XMB with 333 MHz
To do:
-fix 2.71 registry problem (those files we were supposed to delete)
-increase file access stability
-2.xx No UMD
-NAND driver emulation: test takes 80 seconds to boot XMB, taking too long it is not usable so its not getting worked on.
You can now boot up in 2.71 XMB with 333 MHz fine and use the browser with it. However, if you want to play games you still need to start DevHook in 222 MHz and then change the clock via select + home into 333 MHz.
